Fingerstyle Guitar Maestros to tour the UK this Autumn
Acoustic fingerstylists Maneli Jamal and Jon Hart are set to tour the UK between 19th October and 1st November, traveling around the Midlands and down South over a fortnight.
Multi award-winning guitarist Maneli Jamal has wowed audiences around the world with his visual style of playing acoustic guitar. He incorporates many musical textures in his performances while keeping rhythm with his two hands but you'll swear he has a trio with him. You've got to visually see him live to experience what you thought wasn’t possible with the acoustic guitar. He has over 5 million video views and 100,000+ followers on social media sites making him an artist to watch out for.
Labelled by Acoustic Magazine as ‘The Next Big Thing’, Jon Hart is a fingerstyle singer-songwriter based in the UK. Touring throughout the UK, he has appeared at, among others, the Isle of Wight Festival, The Turner Sims Concert Hall and Ullapool Guitar Festival where he co-headlined with fingerstyle legend Preston Reed. His unique arrangements of ‘Money’ and ‘The Chain’ were featured on the prestigious CandyRat Records racking up tens of thousands of views.
Jamal and Hart met through the Australian guitar company Cole Clark who endorse both these musicians. When Jon saw Maneli was touring Europe this Autumn he immediately pitched the UK tour idea to him. Taking the plunge into tour organisation was not Jon’s intention, but he has worked tirelessly to setup this tour without a booking agent. Fellow guitarists; Daryl Kellie, Robert Castellani and Becky Langan, will be joining Maneli and Jon for a few dates.

The Cole Clark FL2EC-MMAH - All Round Mahogany
The one and only all round Mahogany Cole Clark has now been sold. It is one in a very limited run and a very rare guitar.
The African khaya mahogany is a genus of seven species of trees in the mahogany family, Meliaceae, native to tropical Africa. In 2014 one of the company’s fine wood specialists found the trees in one of the plantations from which our Queensland maple is sourced. These particular trees were planted around 1920 in northern Queensland. Both the Queensland maple and khaya mahogany from this plantation are sustainable, fitting to the Cole Clark ethos whereby they are taking sustainability to new levels in the acoustic guitar industry.
Real African mahogany, such as khaya, creates a stunningly unique tone. African mahogany sits between bunya and blackwood, with respect to stiffness, and has a bright sound with more sparkle than we were expecting. It produces a beautifully balanced acoustic tone and a phenomenal amplified sound, with killer looks.
